Walking
If you are starting from the Nice Ville Train Station, exit the station and head towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Walk straight down Avenue Jean Médecin for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. As you reach the end of Avenue Jean Médecin, you will see Place Masséna directly ahead. It is a large public square with a distinctive black and white checkered pattern on the ground.

From the Nice Ville Train Station, walk to the tram stop located near the station. Take Tram Line 1 (the yellow tram) in the direction of 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at the 'Masséna' stop, which is just a short ride away. Once you exit the tram, you will find yourself at Place Masséna.
