Walking
Start at the main square in La Rousse, Place des Moulins. Head south on Avenue des Papalins towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach Boulevard d'Italie. Turn right onto Boulevard d'Italie and walk towards the beach. Follow the boulevard until it merges into Avenue Jean Médecin. Continue straight until you reach the main train station, Gare de Nice-Ville. From there, take tram line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur' and disembark at the 'Opéra - Vieille Ville' stop. From the tram stop, walk straight towards the Promenade des Anglais and follow the signs towards the Old Town (Vieux Nice). Pl. du Palais de Justice will be on your left after crossing Rue Saint-François de Paule.

From La Rousse, take bus line 100 at the nearest bus stop, which is located at Place des Moulins. The bus will take you towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and disembark at the 'Gare Routière' stop. Walk along Rue de l'Opéra towards the Old Town of Nice. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Préfecture, where you will find Pl. du Palais de Justice on your right. This option is great if you want to avoid walking too much.
