From Nice, head to Nice Ville train station (Gare de Nice Ville). You can take Tram Line 1 from the city center to the train station if needed. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Menton. Trains to Menton run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Menton train station, exit the station and walk straight towards the coast.

After exiting the Menton train station, head south towards Quai Napoléon III. This is a short walk of about 15 minutes. You will pass through the town center, enjoying the sights along the way. Once you reach the coast, turn left on Quai Napoléon III, and you will find Vieux Port de Menton.

Alternatively, from Nice, you can take the Lignes d'Azur bus number 100 from the Nice Riquier station to Menton. The bus ride takes around 50 minutes and offers beautiful views along the coast.
