Walking
If you are in the city center, head towards the Place de la Maison Carrée. From the Train Station (Gare de Nîmes), exit the station and walk straight down Rue de la République. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the square. Once you arrive at Place de la Maison Carrée, you will see Carré d'Art directly adjacent to the ancient Roman temple, just to the left of the square.
Bus
From the Nîmes Train Station, take Bus Line 2 towards 'Les Courlis'. Get off at the 'Maison Carrée' stop. Walk straight for about 2 minutes and you will see Carré d'Art located at 16 Pl. de la Maison Carrée, right next to the historic temple.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike rental shops. Start from the city center and head towards Rue de la République. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Place de la Maison Carrée. Park your bicycle at the designated bike parking near the square, and Carré d'Art will be right next to you.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app. Simply provide the driver with the address: 16 Pl. de la Maison Carrée, 30000 Nîmes. The ride from most central locations should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
