Bus
From the center of Nîmes, head to the Nîmes Gare Routière (bus station) located at Avenue Feuchères. Take the LIGNE 1 bus towards Avignon. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Châteauneuf-du-Pape stop. From the bus stop, walk along the Route de Roquemaure for about 15 minutes until you reach Château de la Gardine.
Train and Bus
Start at Nîmes Train Station (Gare de Nîmes) and take a regional train (TER) towards Avignon. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Avignon Centre station, change to a local bus (LIGNE 1) towards Châteauneuf-du-Pape. After about 15 minutes on the bus, get off at the Châteauneuf-du-Pape stop. Walk along Route de Roquemaure for approximately 15 minutes to reach Château de la Gardine.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Nîmes. Start from the city center and head towards Avenue Jean Jaurès, then follow the signs to Route de Roquemaure. The ride is approximately 10 kilometers and will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your cycling speed. Once you arrive on Route de Roquemaure, Château de la Gardine will be on your right.
