Walking
From the center of Nîmes, start at the Nîmes train station (Gare de Nîmes). Exit the station and head northeast on Rue de la République towards Place de la Résistance. Continue straight until you reach the large intersection with Avenue Jean Jaurès. Cross over to the other side of the avenue and continue walking straight onto Avenue du Général Leclerc. Follow this avenue until you reach the roundabout at Place de l'Abbé Pierre. Take the second exit onto Avenue de la Gare and continue straight. After a while, you will come to a fork; take the right onto Avenue des Gorges du Gardon. Walk straight until you reach the Courbessac neighborhood. The menhir is located in the nearby park area. Look for signs pointing towards the menhir as you approach the park.
