Walking
If you are starting from the Nîmes train station (Gare de Nîmes), exit the station and head straight onto Rue de la République. Walk along this street until you reach the large roundabout at Place de la République. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Liberté. Continue walking along Rue de la Liberté, which will turn into Rue de la Résistance. Look for the signs directing you toward Place Montcalm. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Place Montcalm, located at 2 Pl. Montcalm.
Bus
From the Nîmes train station, walk to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus line 2 in the direction of 'Les Courbessac.' Stay on the bus for about 5 stops and get off at the 'Montcalm' stop. From there, it is just a short walk of about 3 minutes. Head straight to the end of the street, and you will find yourself at Place Montcalm, located at 2 Pl. Montcalm.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available around Nîmes. Start from the Nîmes train station and head southeast on Rue de la République. After about 1 km, turn left onto Rue de la Liberté. Continue cycling until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Résistance where you will find signs to Place Montcalm. The total cycling distance is approximately 2 km, and it should take around 10-15 minutes.
