From the city center of Nîmes, head east towards Rue de l'Horloge. Continue straight until you reach the Place de la République. Here, you can find the bus stop for Line 8. Once you disembark, you can walk towards the center of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon by heading southwest on Avenue de la République for about 5 minutes until you reach the main attractions of the area.
