Great experience! The guide came to pick us up at the hotel; he was really very friendly and warm. He adapted the visits to our interests and shared with us a great deal of very interesting and relevant information about the sites visited and the history of the D-Day landings in Normandy. Little wait time at the attractions, excellent suggestion for a local and affordable restaurant for lunch, breaks during the trip, a glass of champagne, and cookies on the way back! I absolutely recommend BackTrip to you; it was the highlight of our trip. We will keep an eye on their next guided trip offers in Europe; we will travel with them again with pleasure and confidence! Normandy 2Days Trip Landing Beaches and Mont St Michel from Paris

Nice tour

I felt Normandy was a bit underwhelming. It’s just a beach with a memorial and you had to envision what it looked like 80 years ago. I loved Mont St Michel. It is straight out of a fairy tale. The stop at Rouen and the cathedral was amazing. Great little city. It would make for a really long day but pairing it with Mont St Michel for a day trip from Paris would have been my preference. Our tour guide was great. She was nice and knowledgeable. One minor complaint was that I didn’t realize the tour was in Spanish and English and was at times difficult to pay attention when she switched languages. All in all a nice tour.
