Full-day Gold Beach and Omaha US Sector A4
Excellent tour of Normandy
Immanuel was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and had answers and pictures for every question we posed. He helped us think about things we might not ever had thought about.

Normandy D-Day Landing Beaches Small Group Tour
Extraordinary quality experience!
Great experience! The guide came to pick us up at the hotel; he was really very friendly and warm. He adapted the visits to our interests and shared with us a great deal of very interesting and relevant information about the sites visited and the history of the D-Day landings in Normandy. Little wait time at the attractions, excellent suggestion for a local and affordable restaurant for lunch, breaks during the trip, a glass of champagne, and cookies on the way back! I absolutely recommend BackTrip to you; it was the highlight of our trip. We will keep an eye on their next guided trip offers in Europe; we will travel with them again with pleasure and confidence! Thank you so much to the 2 owner guides!

Normandy 2Days Trip Landing Beaches and Mont St Michel from Paris
Nice tour
I felt Normandy was a bit underwhelming. It’s just a beach with a memorial and you had to envision what it looked like 80 years ago. I loved Mont St Michel. It is straight out of a fairy tale. The stop at Rouen and the cathedral was amazing. Great little city. It would make for a really long day but pairing it with Mont St Michel for a day trip from Paris would have been my preference. Our tour guide was great. She was nice and knowledgeable. One minor complaint was that I didn’t realize the tour was in Spanish and English and was at times difficult to pay attention when she switched languages. All in all a nice tour.
