You can take Bus line 42 or 69. If you take Bus 42, board it at any stop along its route towards Gare d'Austerlitz and get off at the 'Champ de Mars' stop. From there, walk towards the Eiffel Tower. If you take Bus 69, board it towards Gare de Lyon and get off at 'Tour Eiffel' stop, which is very close to the Bureau.
