Train
From central Paris, make your way to the Gare Saint-Lazare train station. You can take Metro Line 3, 12, 13, or 14 to reach the station. Once at Gare Saint-Lazare, purchase a ticket to Versailles Rive Droite. Board the train towards Versailles, and it will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach your destination. Once you arrive at Versailles Rive Droite station, exit the station and walk straight down Avenue de la République until you reach Avenue de Trianon. The Dragon Pool is located within the Gardens of Versailles.
RER Train
Head to the nearest RER station, such as Châtelet-Les Halles or Gare de Lyon. You will need to take the RER C line towards Versailles Rive Gauche. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Versailles Rive Gauche station, follow the signs directing you toward the Château de Versailles. Exit the station and walk straight along Avenue de Paris, which will lead you to the gardens. The Dragon Pool is located within the gardens.
Bus
From the central area of Paris, you can take Bus Line 171 from the Pont de Sèvres stop, which will take you directly to the Château de Versailles. The journey lasts about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Château, follow the signs to the gardens, where the Dragon Pool is located at Avenue de Trianon.
Walking from Versailles Rive Droite
If you arrive at Versailles Rive Droite, after exiting the station, head east on Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach Avenue de Trianon. Turn left on Avenue de Trianon, and you will find the Dragon Pool within the gardens of the Château de Versailles. It is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
