You can take bus number 20, 39, or 48. If you are near the 'Opéra' bus stop, take any of these buses and ride until you reach the 'Bourse' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on Rue de la Bourse and then turn left onto Rue du 4 Septembre. FlyView Paris will be on your right at number 30.
