Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near a Metro station, take Line 4 (the green line) towards Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at the Saint-Michel station. Upon exiting the station, head towards the Seine River. Walk down Boulevard Saint-Michel until you reach the riverbank, then turn left onto Quai de la Tournelle. Continue walking along the river, and you will soon see the Institut de France on your right at 23 Quai de Conti.

    You can take Bus line 63, which is a great option if you are in the Latin Quarter. Board the bus at any stop along the route towards the Quai de la Gare. Get off at the stop 'Pont des Arts'.
