You can also take bus line 139 from 'Gare Saint-Lazare'. Board the bus at the Gare Saint-Lazare bus stop and stay on for approximately 20 minutes, passing through several stops. Get off at 'Mairie de Saint-Ouen'. From there, exit onto Avenue Gabriel Péri, then walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Rue des Rosiers. Turn left on Rue des Rosiers, and you will find Marché Vernaison at 99 Rue des Rosiers.
