Take Line 2 (the Purple Line) from any station that connects to it, and head towards the 'Nation' direction. Get off at 'Anvers' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Basilica which is about a 10-minute walk uphill. You will see the Basilica as you ascend the steps and it is located at 35 Rue du Chevalier de la Barre.
