Getting There

Metro
To reach the Moulin Rouge via the Paris Metro, you can take Line 2 (the blue line). If you are starting from the central area near the Louvre, take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Défense and transfer at Châtelet to Line 4 (the purple line) towards Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at the next stop, Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, and transfer to Line 8 (the pink line) towards Balard. Change at Opéra to Line 7 (the orange line) towards La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945. Finally, get off at the next stop, Cadet, and walk approximately 10 minutes to Moulin Rouge. Alternatively, you can take Line 2 directly to Pigalle station, which is just a short walk from the cabaret.

You can also reach the Moulin Rouge by bus. From the Gare Saint-Lazare, take Bus 68 towards Gare de Lyon. Get off at the stop 'Blanche', which is just a few steps away from the Moulin Rouge entrance. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Walking
If you are in the Montmartre area, you can walk to the Moulin Rouge. Start from Sacré-Cœur Basilica, head down the hill towards Rue des Martyrs, and then take a left onto Boulevard de Clichy. The Moulin Rouge will be on your right at 82 Boulevard de Clichy. The walk will take around 20 minutes and will provide you with beautiful views of the area.
