To reach the Moulin Rouge via the Paris Metro, you can take Line 2 (the blue line). If you are starting from the central area near the Louvre, take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Défense and transfer at Châtelet to Line 4 (the purple line) towards Porte de Clignancourt.
