Metro
If you are near a Metro station, take Line 7 (the pink line) towards La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945. Get off at the Opéra station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the Opéra Garnier, which will be straight ahead. From there, head down Rue Scribe, and you will find the Musée du Parfum at number 9.
Bus
You can take Bus number 52 from your location if it's nearby. Get off at the Opéra station. After disembarking, head towards the Opéra Garnier. Walk down Rue Scribe, and you will see the Musée du Parfum at 9 Rue Scribe.

If you are in the vicinity of the Palais Garnier, you can simply walk to the Musée du Parfum. Head south on Rue Scribe, and the museum will be on your left at number 9.
RER Train
Take the RER A train to Châtelet - Les Halles station. Transfer to Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Défense. Get off at Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre. From there, walk towards Rue de Rivoli, then head to the Opéra Garnier area. Finally, take Rue Scribe to reach the Musée du Parfum.
