From there, board the train towards 'Charles de Gaulle - Étoile'. After just two stops, get off at 'Trocadéro'. Transfer to Line 9 towards 'Mairie de Montreuil'. After two more stops, exit at 'Alma-Marceau'. From the station, head southeast towards Rue Cler, which is about a 10-minute walk. Just follow the signs to the Seine River, and you'll find Rue Cler nearby.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, find a bus stop nearby that serves the 42, 69, or 82 lines. For example, if you're at the Eiffel Tower, walk to the bus stop 'Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel'. Take bus line 82 towards 'Gare Saint-Lazare'. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'La Bourdonnais - Champ de Mars'. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Rue Cler. Just head down Rue de Monttessuy and turn left onto Rue Cler.

If you're already in the vicinity of the Eiffel Tower, you can easily walk to Rue Cler. Start from the Eiffel Tower and head east towards the Seine River. Walk along the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you see the Pont de l'Alma bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Rue de Monttessuy. After 5 minutes, you will arrive at Rue Cler, a charming market street filled with shops and cafes.
