You can take bus number 72, which has stops near many central locations. Board the bus in the direction of Parc de Saint Cloud and get off at the 'Trocadéro' stop. From there, walk towards Place du Trocadéro et du 11 Novembre, and you will find the Trocadéro gardens just a short walk away.

If you are staying in the vicinity of the Eiffel Tower, it is a pleasant walk to the Trocadéro gardens. Head north along Quai Branly, then turn right onto Rue de Monttessuy, which leads you directly to the Trocadéro. The gardens will be to your left as you approach the Place du Trocadéro et du 11 Novembre.

If you are near the RER station, take the RER C line towards Pontoise or Versailles. Get off at the Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel station. From there, walk towards the Seine River, cross the river using the Pont d'Iéna bridge, and head up to the Trocadéro gardens, which will be on your right.
