When you arrive at the 'Rambuteau' station, exit the train and head towards the exit marked 'Rue du Renard'. Once you exit, turn left onto Rue du Renard, and then right onto Rue de Turbigo. Continue walking straight until you reach Place du Châtelet. From there, you can see the Tour Saint-Jacques ahead in the Square de la Tour Saint-Jacques.

If you prefer the bus, catch Bus 38, which travels through various parts of Paris. Board the bus at your nearest stop and ride until you reach the stop 'Châtelet'. Once you disembark, walk towards the direction of the square. Head towards the west side of the square, and you will encounter the Tour Saint-Jacques in the Square de la Tour Saint-Jacques.

Head towards the Pont au Change bridge, cross the river, and continue straight until you reach Place du Châtelet.
