From the Louvre Museum, exit from the main entrance (Pyrénées entrance) and head towards the Tuileries Garden. Walk straight through the garden, taking in the beautiful scenery. Continue walking along the main pathway until you reach the Place de la Concorde. Once you arrive at the Place de la Concorde, you will see La Roue de Paris (the Ferris wheel) directly in front of you. The entire walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer to take the Metro, walk to the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Louvre Museum. Take Line 1 towards La Défense and ride for one stop until you reach the Concorde station. Exit the station and head towards the Place de la Concorde. La Roue de Paris is located at the eastern end of the square. The Metro ticket will cost approximately €1.90.
