Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from any location in Picardy, take the A1 motorway towards Paris. Once you approach the city, follow signs for 'Périphérique' (ring road) and exit at Porte de Clignancourt. From there, take Avenue de la Porte de Clignancourt, which will lead you to Place des Abbesses. Square Jehan Rictus is located at 14 Place des Abbesses. Parking may be limited in the area, so look for nearby public parking facilities, such as Parking Saint-Vincent, which may incur a fee.

  To reach Square Jehan Rictus by train, take a regional train (TER) from any Picardy station to Paris. The closest major station is Gare du Nord. Once at Gare du Nord, transfer to Metro Line 4 in the direction of Porte d'Orléans. Get off at the third stop, which is 'Barbès - Rochechouart'. From there, transfer to Metro Line 2 towards Nation and get off at 'Abbesses'. Square Jehan Rictus is a short walk from the Abbesses station, located at 14 Place des Abbesses.
