From the center of Aix-en-Provence, take the A51 highway toward Sisteron. Exit at Valensole (exit 18) and follow the signs towards Valensole. As you approach the village, you will see fields of sunflowers. Continue on Route de Valensole until you reach the Champ de Tournesol, located at approximately 04210 Valensole. Parking is available nearby. Note that during peak season, parking can be limited.
Public Transport
From Aix-en-Provence, take a train to Manosque via the SNCF service. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. From Manosque, transfer to a local bus (Bus number 21) heading to Valensole. Bus schedules can be infrequent, so check in advance. After arriving in Valensole, you may need to walk or take a short taxi ride (approximately €30-€50) to the sunflower fields, which are located just outside the village.
