    Getting There

    Walking

    From the village of Barret-sur-Méouge, the Gorges de la Méouge are easily accessible on foot. Follow the D17 towards the gorge entrance. The walk is approximately 1.2 km and takes around 20 minutes. This is a scenic route, allowing you to appreciate the surrounding landscape. No costs are involved.

    Public Transport

    During the summer (typically mid-July to mid-August), a shuttle service operates from Châteauneuf-de-Chabre and Barret-sur-Méouge to various points within the gorge. From Barret-sur-Méouge, the shuttle departs from the recycling center. A round trip costs €3 for those over 15 years old and €2 for children aged 4 to 15.     Driving

    From Laragne-Montéglin, follow the D1085 and D942 to Barret-sur-Méouge. Continue on the D942 towards the Gorges de la Méouge. During the summer months (mid-July to mid-August), parking within the gorge is restricted, and a shuttle service is in operation. Free parking is available at Châteauneuf-de-Chabre and Barret-sur-Méouge, where you can catch the shuttle. Outside of the peak season, parking is free throughout the gorge. Parking Gorges de la Méouge is located at 5160 Rte de Laragne.
