Historic Olive Mill in Roussillon

Built at the end of the 19th century, this mill pressed olives for local villagers until the harsh freeze of 1956. Abandoned for nearly 60 years, it was meticulously restored by Brémond Fils and opened to the public. Today, it stands as a living testament to Provençal milling traditions and olive cultivation, surrounded by Roussillon's stunning ochre landscapes in the Luberon Regional Nature Park.

Above the mill, the Maison des Bonnes Choses offers a curated selection of exceptional products. Brémond sources olives from 11 producers across Haute Provence, Aix, and Arles, using early green or ripe black harvests with ancestral, environmentally respectful methods.
