    From Lannemezan, take the RD929 to Bordères Louron, then follow signs to Val Louron. In winter, snow chains are highly recommended due to changing weather conditions. Parking is available at the resort.

    Public Transport

    From Lannemezan SNCF train station, take the Line 963 bus towards Arreau and then Loudenvielle. From Loudenvielle, a shuttle service connects to Val Louron. The shuttle costs €2 per trip, or €15 for a 10-trip card.

    Val Louron, a ski resort in the French Pyrenees, resides in the Hautes-Pyrénées department within the Occitania region. Specifically, it's located in the Louron Valley, near Bagnères-de-Bigorre. This family-oriented resort extends from 1,450 to 2,100 meters in altitude. Established in 1975, Val Louron emerged in the Louron valley, with tourism playing a vital role in the area's economic development. The resort boasts 20 kilometers of downhill skiing, featuring 20 trails catering to all skill levels. These slopes are categorized into seven green, six blue, six red, and one black. Ten ski lifts, including three chairlifts, six ski lifts, and one carpet lift, facilitate access to the pistes. For those who enjoy alternative winter activities, there are five snowshoeing circuits available. Val Louron is renowned for its beginner-friendly area, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for toddlers. The resort also provides stunning 360-degree views of the Pyrenees mountains.
