Grauves itself is a Premier Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, known for its high-quality Chardonnay grapes. The village is set in a horseshoe-shaped valley surrounded by vineyards and overlooked by a wooded plateau and cliffs. Founded by Fernande and Pierre Domi, the estate began with a vision to create their own champagne. Today, the winery continues to blend tradition with innovation, with each generation contributing to the progress of the exploitation by always keeping the same thread: the love of the earth. Champagne DOMI's vineyards are spread over three Crus: Grauves, Mancy, and Monthelon. Visitors can explore the vineyards, cellars, and press. Champagne DOMI offers tastings to discover their range of champagnes. The winery is recognized for its commitment to environmental sustainability, holding the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification since 2021.
