From the center of Les Hautes Promenades, head south on Rue de Vesle towards Place Drouet d'Erlon. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de Talleyrand. Turn left onto Rue de Talleyrand and walk for about 5 minutes. Once you reach the end of Rue de Talleyrand, you will find Les Basses Promenades directly ahead. This route is approximately 15 minutes on foot and well-marked with pedestrian signs.

If you prefer using public transport, you can take tram line A from 'Place Drouet d'Erlon' station. Board the tram towards 'Hôpital Debré' and get off at 'Reims - Cernay' station. Walk north on Rue Cernay, then turn right onto Rue du Vieux Moulin which leads directly to the park.
