The Musée de Bretagne is easily accessible via public transport. From the Rennes train station (Gares), it's a short walk. Alternatively, take Metro Line A to Charles de Gaulle station or Metro Line B to Gares station, both within a few minutes' walk of the museum. Several bus lines (C1, C2, C3, 11, 12, 50, 54, 55, 56, 57) also stop near the Champs Libres. A single bus or metro fare is around €1.50.

The Musée de Bretagne is located in the city center and is easily reachable by foot from many central locations. From the Parlement de Bretagne, it's approximately a 15-20 minute walk south. Simply head south along Rue de la Visitation, then continue onto Quai de la Prévalaye, cross the Vilaine river, and follow Cours des Alliés to the Champs Libres. The museum is located within the Champs Libres building.
