If you are starting from the Rennes train station (Gare de Rennes), exit the station and head east on Place de la Gare. Continue onto Rue de l'Alma, then turn right onto Rue de la Visitation. Walk straight until you reach Place de la République, a large square. From there, take Rue de Nantes, which will lead you directly to Tour Duchesne located at 10 Rue Nantaise.
