Combe Laval: A Cliffside Masterpiece

Originally constructed between 1861 and 1898, the Combe Laval road was designed to transport timber from the Forêt de Lente. The engineers of the time ingeniously carved the road directly into the existing rock face, creating a route that is both daring and awe-inspiring.
