If you're near the Rouen Cathedral, start walking towards the 'Gare de Rouen-Rive-Droite' train station. From there, head north on Rue de la République until you reach Rue des Charretiers. Continue walking straight until you reach Rue de la Mare. Follow this road for about 20 minutes, which will lead you to the edge of Roumare Forest. Look for the entrance marked by a sign indicating 'Forêt Domaniale de Roumare'.
Bicycle

For an adventurous route, rent a bicycle from any of the bike-sharing stations in Rouen. Start from the city center and head towards the Seine River, then follow the riverbank cycling path until you reach the 'Pont de Roumare' bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Avenue de la République. After about 15-20 minutes of cycling, you will arrive at Roumare Forest.
