Getting There

    Start at the historic city center of Saint-Malo, known as Intra-Muros. From the main entrance at the Porte Saint-Vincent, walk straight along Rue de la Cité. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Miséricorde. Turn left onto Rue de la Miséricorde and walk for another 200 meters until you reach the end of the street. You will then see the ramparts ahead. Turn right onto the ramparts and follow it East, enjoying the views of the sea. After about 300 meters, look for the sign for Rue Mahé de la Bourdonnais. Turn left onto Rue Mahé de la Bourdonnais and walk to number 5, where Poterne Aux Normands is located.
