Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Saint-Malo train station (Gare de Saint-Malo), exit the station and head towards the main road, Rue des Fusillés. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the water. Continue walking along the coast on Quai Duguay-Trouin. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the entrance to the Intra-Muros area. Continue through the main gate, Porte Saint-Vincent, and you will be in the heart of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros.

    From the ferry terminal (Gare Maritime), exit the building and turn left onto Rue de la Bourdonnais. Follow this road until you reach the coastline. Turn right and walk along the water on Quai Duguay-Trouin. This scenic route will take you directly to the entrance of Intra-Muros. Once you reach the main gate, Porte Saint-Vincent, enter to explore the beautiful fortified city.
