Start at the center of Saint-Tropez, ideally at Place des Lices. Head towards Rue Gambetta and continue straight until you reach the waterfront at Quai Jean Jaurès. From there, take a left to walk along the port until you reach the end of the harbor. You will see signs pointing towards the beaches. Continue walking along the coastal path towards La Ponche beach. Keep walking past the beach and follow the coastal trail that leads to Cap Taillat. The path will take you through scenic views and some rocky areas, so be prepared with appropriate footwear. After approximately 45 minutes to an hour of walking, you will arrive at Cap Taillat, enjoying stunning views along the way.

From the port of Saint-Tropez, look for boat services that operate to the nearby beaches, especially those heading towards Pampelonne Beach. Once on the boat, enjoy the scenic ride. Disembark at the closest beach stop to Cap Taillat. After getting off the boat, follow the beach path to the right, which will lead you to Cap Taillat.
