Walking
If you're in the center of Saint-Tropez, start at Place des Lices, a popular square. From there, head south towards the coast. You can follow Rue Gambetta, which will take you directly to the waterfront. Continue walking along the port, enjoying the sights of the yachts and cafes. When you reach the end of the port, keep walking straight onto Boulevard Louis Blanc. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will notice signs for Quartier de la Bouillabaisse. The parking area is located along this boulevard, marked as 'Parking - No Pay'.

If you're near the main bus station, take Bus Line 1 towards Les Marres. Get off at the stop ‘Bouillabaisse’, which is located close to the parking area. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes towards the coast following the signs for Quartier de la Bouillabaisse. The parking area will be on your left side. This option allows you to avoid the busy streets while enjoying the views of Saint-Tropez.
