Walking
Starting from the Port of Saint-Tropez, head northeast along the waterfront promenade (Quai Jean Jaurès). Continue walking past the marina, admiring the yachts and boats. After about 10 minutes, you'll reach the roundabout at Place des Lices. From there, take the road that leads uphill, Rue du 4 Septembre. Follow this street as it curves left and becomes Rue de la Citadelle. After about 15 minutes of walking, you'll arrive at the entrance to the Citadelle de Saint-Tropez - Musée d'histoire maritime at 1 Mont de la Citadelle.

If you are starting from the famous Place des Lices, head east on Rue du 4 Septembre. Continue straight as the road inclines, and it will transform into Rue de la Citadelle. Keep walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Citadelle de Saint-Tropez - Musée d'histoire maritime, located at 1 Mont de la Citadelle.

From the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) located in the center of Saint-Tropez, walk south on Rue Gambetta. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du 4 Septembre. Turn left onto Rue du 4 Septembre and walk uphill. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Rue de la Citadelle. Walk straight for another 5 minutes, and you will find the Citadelle de Saint-Tropez - Musée d'histoire maritime at 1 Mont de la Citadelle.
