Upon arrival at Achern station, exit and look for the bus stop directly outside the station.

At the Achern train station, board the bus line 712 towards Sasbach. The bus departs regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The bus ride takes around 20 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Sasbach, Rathaus' stop. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance for the most accurate timings.

From the 'Sasbach, Rathaus' bus stop, you will need to walk towards Hornisgrinde. Head southeast on Hauptstraße (the main street) until you reach the sign for Hornisgrinde. This is about a 5 km walk, which will take around 1 hour. Follow the signs and paths leading to Hornisgrinde, which is well-marked for hikers. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, as the trail may be steep in some sections.
