Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you are starting from the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, Place de l'Étoile. Take tram line A (the blue line) in the direction of 'Illkirch-Graffenstaden'. Ride for about 5 stops, approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Bourges'. From Bourges, walk south on Rue de Bourges until you reach Rue de l'Observatoire. Turn right onto Rue de l'Observatoire and continue walking straight until you see Lichtentaler Allee on your left.

    If you prefer to walk, start from the Strasbourg Cathedral. Head east on Place de la Cathédrale toward Rue des Hallebardes. Continue straight until you reach Place Broglie. From there, take Rue du 22 Novembre, which will take you to the train station. Once you reach the station, head to the south exit and continue straight on Rue de la 1ère Armée until you reach the park entrance of Lichtentaler Allee.

    You can also take bus line 10 from the city center. Start at the stop 'Homme de Fer' and board the bus toward 'Schiltigheim - Mairie'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Lichtentaler Allee'. From the bus stop, you will see the entrance to the park just a short walk ahead.
