If you are starting from Strasbourg Cathedral, head south on Rue du Dôme towards Place de la Cathédrale. Once you reach the square, walk down Rue Mercière, which will lead you to the picturesque district of La Petite France. From there, follow the signs towards the Ponts Couverts. Continue along the canals until you reach the Ponts Couverts, which will be directly in front of you. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes, and you can enjoy the charming streets along the way.

From the Strasbourg Cathedral, walk to the nearest tram stop, 'Cathedral,' and take tram line A (red line) towards 'Illkirch-Graffenstaden.' Get off at the 'Langstross - Grand' stop. From there, transfer to tram line D (yellow line) towards 'Poteries.' Get off at the 'Ponts Couverts' tram stop. The entire journey takes about 25 minutes, including walking time.

If you are near Place Kléber, walk towards Rue de la Mésange and continue until you reach the historic district. Keep walking straight until you reach the canal.
