    Start at the Donjon du Capitole located at Square Charles de Gaulle, 31000 Toulouse. Exit the building and head southwest on Rue de la Pomme towards Rue du Taur. Continue straight until you reach Place du Capitole. From there, take Rue de Riquet and walk towards the river Garonne. Once you reach the Garonne, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the Canal du Midi. The canal runs parallel to the river, so you will see it on your right.

    Begin your journey at the Capitole Metro Station (Line A). Take the metro in the direction of Basso Cambo and get off at the next stop, Jean-Jaurès. From Jean-Jaurès, transfer to Line B towards Ramonville. Alight at the next stop, Matabiau. Exit the station and head towards the Garonne River. Walk along the riverbank until you find the Canal du Midi, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.

    Head to the nearest bus stop from Donjon du Capitole and take bus number 14 or 44 towards Palais de Justice. Get off at the stop called 'Bord de Garonne'. From there, walk towards the river, and you will find the Canal du Midi. It's approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
