Metro
If you are near a metro station, take Line A towards Basso Cambo. Get off at the 'Jean Jaurès' station. From there, exit the station and head east on Boulevard de Strasbourg towards Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach Place Victor Hugo, which will be on your left.
Bus
Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 14 or 23. If you take bus 14, get off at 'Victor Hugo' stop. If you take bus 23, get off at 'Hôtel de Région' stop and walk back on Boulevard de la Marquette towards Place Victor Hugo. It should take about 5 minutes.
Walking
If you are in the central area of Toulouse, you can easily walk to Place Victor Hugo. Start from Capitole de Toulouse and head south on Rue d'Alsace Lorraine. Continue straight until you reach Place Victor Hugo, which is a popular square surrounded by cafes and shops.
Tram
Take Tram Line T1 or T2. If you're on T2, get off at 'Jean Jaurès' and follow the same instructions as the metro option. If you're on T1, get off at 'Palais de Justice' and walk south along Rue de la Concorde until you reach Place Victor Hugo.
