If you are starting from the Capitole de Toulouse, head southeast on Place du Capitole toward Rue de la Pleau. Continue straight onto Rue de la Pomme, then turn left onto Rue de la Chaîne. After about 400 meters, you will reach the Jean-Jaurès Metro Station. Take Metro Line A towards Basso-Cambo and get off at the next stop, which is Jean-Jaurès. Exit the station and walk east along Allée du Président Franklin Roosevelt. The Red statue is located at 16 All. du Président Franklin Roosevelt, just a short walk from the station.
