Start your journey by taking the Metro Line A from any metro station in Toulouse. If you're near the Capitole area, you can catch the Metro at 'Capitole' station. Head towards 'Basso Cambo'. Get off at 'Jean-Jaurès' station, which is approximately 5 stops from Capitole. Once you arrive at Jean-Jaurès, transfer to Metro Line B towards 'Ramassiers'. Travel for 3 stops and get off at 'St-Cyprien - République'.

After exiting the St-Cyprien - République metro station, head towards the riverbank. Walk along the river Garonne, following the promenade. You'll see signs for 'Prairie des Filtres'. Continue walking along the river for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the large park area known as 'Prairie des Filtres', which is where Toulouse Plage is located.

Alternatively, if you prefer to take a bus, from the central area, you can catch Bus Line 18 from the 'Capitole' stop. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Prairie des Filtres' stop, which is very close to Toulouse Plage. The bus will drop you off right at the entrance.
