The Scenic Viewpoint of Toulouse

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Capitole de Toulouse, head south on Rue d'Alsace Lorraine until you reach Place du Capitole. Continue walking straight to Rue de la Pomme, then take a left onto Rue de la Pomme and follow it until you reach the River Garonne. Once you reach the river, walk along the riverbank heading east until you see a bridge called Pont Saint-Pierre. Cross the Pont Saint-Pierre, and upon reaching the other side, take a right onto Place Saint-Pierre. The Viewpoint is located at 17 Pl. Saint-Pierre, which is just a short walk from the bridge.

• Public Transport (Metro and Walking)

  Start at any metro station in Toulouse and take Line A (the red line) towards Basso Cambo. Get off at the station 'Jean Jaurès' and transfer to Line B (the blue line) towards Ramonville. Get off at the 'Saint-Michel' station. From the station, head northwest on Boulevard de l'Embouchure until you reach the River Garonne. Turn left and walk along the riverbank heading towards Pont Saint-Pierre. Cross the bridge and turn right onto Place Saint-Pierre. The Viewpoint is located at 17 Pl. Saint-Pierre.

• Bus

  Find your nearest bus stop and take bus line 10, which heads towards the Saint-Pierre-Plage. Get off at the stop 'Saint-Pierre'. From there, walk towards the river and take a left onto the riverbank. Walk along the river until you reach Pont Saint-Pierre, cross the bridge, and then take a right onto Place Saint-Pierre. The Viewpoint is located at 17 Pl. Saint-Pierre, just a short distance from the bridge.
