    From Tours train station (Gare de Tours), purchase a ticket to the Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station. The journey takes about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, transfer to a regional train heading towards Châtellerault. Get off at the Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne station, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Upon exiting the station, head south on Rue du 8 Mai 1945, then take a right onto Rue de la Mairie. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you to Château du Petit Thouars.

    From Tours, head to the main bus terminal (Gare routière de Tours). Take the bus line 12 towards Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Château du Petit Thouars'. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the château.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Tours. Start at the Place Jean Jaurès, head southeast towards Rue de la Préfecture, and follow signs towards Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne.
