The 28-hectare vineyard, situated in the Saint Georges valley, produces a full range of Vouvray wines. The estate vinifies each terroir separately, blending them after tasting to create its distinct wines.
Visitors can explore the 11th-century troglodytic cellars, offering a glimpse into the region's winemaking heritage. Domaine Le Capitaine produces a range of Vouvray wines, including dry, semi-dry, and sweet varieties, as well as sparkling wines made using the traditional method. The winery has received the Loire Valley Quality Cellars label.
