Walking
From Place Plumereau in the city center, walk east on Rue Colbert towards Rue du Commerce. Continue until you reach Rue de la Scellerie and turn left. Walk along this street to the junction with Rue de la Préfecture. Turn right onto Rue de la Préfecture, and continue to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard Béranger. Square Sicard will be on your left.
Public Transport
From the Tours train station, take bus line 1 towards Joué-lès-Tours. Get off at the 'Gare Routière' stop after four stops. Transfer to bus line 5 towards La Riche and alight at the 'Hôpital Trousseau' stop. Walk straight for about five minutes to reach Square Sicard on Place François Sicard. A single Fil Bleu fare costs €1.80 and is valid for one hour including connections.

Several parking options are available near Square Sicard. Underground parking lots like INDIGO Anatole France and INDIGO Nationale offer secure parking.
