The farm's cheese-making operations are a highlight, with 12 different products crafted from the fresh milk of their cows. Using traditional methods and a copper vat, the cheese makers produce Tomme, Gruyère, Raclette, and Bleu de Val d'Isère, a hard cheese made nowhere else. You can also find Vacherin, yogurt, and fresh white cheese. Guided tours of the cheese-making facilities are available, offering insights into the process. In addition to the cheese, La Ferme de l'Adroit offers a range of other local products, including cured meats, milk, yogurt, jam, butter, eggs, honey, juice, and local wines. You can purchase these items at the farm shop, ensuring a taste of the region's culinary heritage. For a complete experience, dine at the farm's restaurant, L'Étable d'Alain, which serves traditional Savoyard cuisine featuring the farm's own cheeses.
